Cinnamon

Way back in the day cinnamon and its health benefits were more valuable than gold! Loaded with antioxidants such as polyphenols and anti-inflammatory properties, cinnamon can help the body fight infections and repair damaged tissue [6].

Maca Powder.JPG

Maca Powder

Maca is one of the world's natural "super foods" [4]. With benefits including positive effects on hormone balance and energy levels, Maca is very rich in nutrients (with a higher calcium level than milk) and is an immune booster [4].

Murray River Pink Salt.JPG

Murray River Salt

Unlike other types of salt, Murray River Salt is pretty special because it goes through minimal processing. This means that it is naturally rich in magnesium, calcium, potassium and iodine [7]. This balance of minerals, when alongside sodium, is said to be required for optimal health [7].
